It is produced using a new environmentally friendly method based on mechanical breakdown of the protein matrix to obtain starch-free particles, without chemical agents or protein denaturation processes.

Pea protein, with high biological value due to its unique amino acid profile and complete absence of GMOs, can serve as a substitute for animal protein and soy isolates in the production of pre-starter feeds.

Pea protein, 43% a fine powder of light cream color with a particle size of no more than 45 microns, with a protein content of 42 to 46 % with amino acid digestibility up to 94% (AMINODat).

It is a hypoallergenic product with high biological value. It does not contain lactose and gluten.

It is obtained industrially in the process of dry cleaning, ultrafine grinding of raw materials and subsequent separation of the product by specific gravity into protein and carbohydrate fractions.
